Typical Greece spirit made of alcoholic extraction of Anice Stellato (Star Anise), coriander and Mastic from Chios Island in Greece. It has a unique taste and a very clear texture. When mixed with water or ice cubes it has an opalescence consistency.
All the extracts are prepared with cure in our distillery. It is served unmixed or with ice cubes.
