It is a sweet liqueur with lemon aroma and avor, originally from Capri of Italy.
Limoncino is obtained from maceration of the skin of lemon and other citrus skins in ethyl alcohol. Limoncino, produced by Aquila Liquori distilery, is characterized by a fresh scent of lemon skins and characteristic taste, thanks to special treatment of the process of deterpenization.
It is recommended to be consumed in the temperature 5°C or with ice.
It is widely used to give avor to ice creams (sorbeto).
