Our plum rakia is produced by double distillation of the finest blue plums grown in the Balkans (Prunus domestica subsp. insititia).
The Balkan region has a very favorable climate for fruit orchards. The fruits are sun-filled and as aromatic as can be. Its flavor and aromatic intensity are remarkably balanced between sugars and acidity.
Like all our other products, they are not sweetened. Our fruit spirits are not artificially colored unless it is natural and caused by aging in oak or acacia barrels.
The distillate is aged for 3 years in oak barrels.
